Administrative Assistant (Part-time)
Evaluasi seeks an ambitious and professional candidate for a part-time, office clerk/administrative assistant job at a growing tech start-up. Initially, we expect a 10 hours per week position as a contractor role (at $20 per hour), and then the role may be convertible into a full-time employee role, based on candidate performance and company growth. Given the pandemic and nature of business, the position is primarily remote. Priority will be given to applicants from underrepresented communities. Open until position is filled.
Main responsibilities include:
Virtual office/meeting organization: managing calendars, meeting notes and agendas, and task lists.
Correspondence: help leadership team stay on top of key external communication
Team coordination: assist leadership in coordinating across sales, product and other functional areas.
Engaging with company staff on ideas for program design, evaluation, and other substantively meaningful activities

Today, many companies seek to have positive social impacts, such as through corporate social responsibility programs, diversity initiatives, or sustainable procurement. Though well-intentioned the real-world effectiveness of these programs are rarely analyzed rigorously. Through training, impact evaluations and data collection, Evaluasi equips companies to make strategic decisions that maximize the influence of their social programs for their brand, bottom line and the world. Evaluasi’s approach is particularly important as the private sector plays a growing role in social programming worldwide.
